Acting jointly with LSH we concluded a letting of a prestigious  grd floor suite to Porter Dodson LLP  https://www.porterdodson.co.uk/have taken a 10 yr lease of  suite of circa 2378 sq ft along with parking at 11-15 Dix's Field at £18.50 psf . Acting for Rensham PLC we have let a yard of approx. 1.4 acres on the Sowton Industrial Estate Exeter at £70,000pa  to Skanska after Skanska was  picked by Devon County Council to deliver highways term maintenance late last year in a deal worth £245m. Simon White, Operations Director for Skanska, said: “We are delighted to continue our delivery of highways maintenance services for Somerset County Council.
