Acting for Rensham PLC we have let a yard of approx. 1.4 acres on the Sowton Industrial Estate Exeter at £70,000pa  to Skanska after Skanska was  picked by Devon County Council to deliver highways term maintenance late last year in a deal worth £245m. Turner Locker Barnfield have negotiated a sale of the freehold interest of a 135,000 sq ft tannery complex and factory shop to Pittards, who have occupied the premises for many years, recently as tenants.
