Sandpiper comes home to roost

Acting for private clients we have sold a business unit in Pinhoe, Exeter in the Sandpiper Court scheme. Unit one totals some 164 sq. m and has outside parking for 8 to 10 cars plus two garages.

we’ve been retained by the new owners to manage the property and let any vacant units within it.
