Myself and Debbie started Buen Apetito on our return to the UK, having spent nearly nine years looking after the many VIP’s frequenting Ibiza and Formentera between 2000 and 2009, with a fabulous team.

We regularly took care of literally 100’s of clients over those years, including Mick Jagger, Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong, Princess Beatrice & Princess Eugenie, Simon Le Bon, Paris Hilton, Tiesto, Ronaldo, Primal Scream, Hugh Grant, Jade Jagger, Tom Parker Bowles, Kate Moss, Jamie Oliver, Sadie Frost, Wayne Rooney, Charlotte Tilbury, Nat Rothchild, James Blunt, Kevin Spacey, Sienna Miller, Lewis Hamilton, Luy Galiberte, numerous further Actors and Actresses, DJ’s, footballers and Musicians, the list really does go on and on and on, but you get the idea!

​The many sleepless summers took their toll and we finally sold up and returned to the UK. Fast forward to 2014 when we introduced our children to Buen Apetito, fast forward again to 2024 and we are proud to now have our family running the business alongside us, ​along with our wonderful staff, that are also like family!
