The studio will focus on small group personal training for women aged 30 to 60, helping them lose weight, build strength and improve confidence in a supportive environment.

Founder Sam Webber said the new space will allow Better You Coaching to expand its community and provide an even more personal coaching experience.

“Helping women realise they’re capable of more than they think is what Better You Coaching is all about. Opening our own studio means we can create a space designed specifically to support that journey.”

The new studio will offer structured small group training sessions and expert coaching aimed at delivering sustainable, long-term results.
